Mike and Laura are amazing and kind people. They run a multifaceted mom and pop repair shop that is timely, honest and thorough. Mike has fixed nearly everything on my mobile dog grooming van to keep me in business. Water, A/C, electrical, generator repair and maintenance, and he even fixed my coils on my engine. I would not be in business if it wasn't for them and I am so grateful they are right down the street from me. Thank you Mike and Laura.

Great work! Called around to find someone to fix my 1985 pop up Coleman, the springs underneath broke. Called and set up an appointment a week out. Dropped my trailer, paid the deposit, and got t back a few weeks later! Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable and actually replaced my springs with higher capacity than they were. The deposit you pay goes towards labor, so you’d be paying that anyway. With how the supply chain issues are right now, I’m not surprised it took a few weeks to get the parts in and ordered. Thanks again for a great job! It sits higher than before, which is great for off road camping.

Bear Country took on our RV repair while we were on the road, fitting us in due to a failure of our leaf spring while on the journey. They did excellent work and were a pleasure to work with.
Read the contract. It is entertaining, and if you think you might have a repair covered by warranty or insurance, you’ll have to go elsewhere, or fight with the warranty company to deal with you directly (which they all hate to do).

When leaving Bear Country after getting a new fan installed, I absentmindedly hooked my trailer up incorrectly and had it drop onto the chains at 50mph and run into the back of my truck. I was a bit shell shocked and called Mike, he hopped across the highway to do a safety check and hook things back up. He then spent the time with me back at the shop to determine how to fix the damage I had done in a cost effective way.
For the actual work, I've been happy with both jobs Bear Country has done, and they've always been able to meet my deadlines while answering a million questions. Bonus points for talking to me about what fixes I can do on my own.

This repair shop is fantastic and ran by a very awesome couple! They are a god sent from heaven and helped me get back in the road and back home safely in a very timely manner. If you’re ever in the area of Englewood Colorado, stop in and say hi and grab yourself some jam and butters and if you ever have a problem with truck or trailer they will get you fixed up right away and on your way. 100/10 review will definitely be back in to say hi or get some maintenance done!!

Mike was Awesome! I was getting new tires on my 5th wheel before we leave tomorrow on a trip and they noticed my spring support had snapped off and needed welded first. I called Mike and he squeezed me in. I was in and out in 2 hours and back at tire store. He made it possible for us to leave on time. Thanks Mike!

I have owned RV;s for many years and always felt that I was getting the run around from inexperienced staff. Finally a shop that can make since of it all. I had an issue with leveling my trailer with my lifted truck. Been through several shops just to be given more of the same. Brought it to MIke and Laura and now we’re talking. Trailer is even and tows much better.
Thanks Bear Country

Bear Country RV took care of several repairs for us. We inherited an RV that was in good shape for the age yet needed a little TLC. Mike was upfront with the estimated cost as well as the timeline that it may take. This is not a big box shop shuffling through customers. You are supporting your local family-owned business that has been around for a long time and will continue with local patrons. I appreciate the frank expectations yet the feeling you are talking with a neighbor. The shop is quaint, and you can tell Laura and Mike take pride in their business. One cannot help giggling at the sight of Mike cycling on his groovy beach cruiser to welcome you inside the gate. Check them out.

I have had the pleasure to have hired Bear Country to work on my motorhome over two years ago. I had many things go wrong, or break down, so I have been there many times. They have always gone above and beyond to get whatever I needed done accomplished and get me back on the road in a timely manner. I have never had ANY problems of any kind in all of those instances.
After reading a couple of very bad reviews for this business, it is very hard for me to believe the authenticity of any of those alleged problems.
I would highly recommend anyone with an RV that need honest, reliable work done... don't hesitate to take it here.

Mike and Laura have taken care of both my personal RV and my work truck, and I’ve always been very happy with the results. They’re hardworking, straightforward, and fair with their pricing, which makes it easy to trust the work. They are reliable and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. This is the kind of shop you can count on and return to with confidence, knowing your’e in good hands.

I couldn't figure out why my tires on my 5th wheel toy hauler were so close together. I brought it to bear country Mike crawled under it and immediately noticed that the leaf springs were wore out along with the bushings and hangers. Bear country is fair on price and do outstanding work. My camper suspension is better than new. Thanks Bear country!!

I brought in my 5th wheel to get a fresh water leak fixed and to replace a stuck gate valve in my black tank. Mike and his wife went the extra mile to deal with my extended warranty company, even though they did not have to as they normally do not deal with extended warranty companies (and now I know why!), but they were kind enough to go to bat for me to get the fix covered - and I cannot stress enough how much extra time they had to deal with these Good Sam warranty people to get the claim approved. I think between Mike and his wife, they had to call them over 6-8 times and probably spent at least a few hours on the phone with them (including hold times). Mike ended up carving up a whole hour of his shop time to allow me to come down there and have us two call the warranty claim people together in order to get them to approve the claim. And it took the whole hour but it finally got approved, thanks to all of Mike and Laura's work. Thanks to them, Good Sam did pay for $1100 of the claim. As a side note, DO NOT EVER BUY A GOOD SAM EXTENDED WARRANTY! They make your life miserable while trying to file a claim (hoping you will give up - I almost did) or try to trip you up with a technicality. Just to be clear, Good Sam has nothing to do with Bear Country - the policy was sold by Camping World. Mike was just kind enough to deal with these jerks to get the claim approved.
